We offer international shipping. We do not cover customs confiscation or any damages during shipping. Shipping time may vary depending on
- Delays due to weather
- Delivery is outside major city
- Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
- Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
- Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
- Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
- Delays due to problems with payment authorization and verification
Due to high levels of fraud, we check each order individually. We also submit each order suspected of fraud to our processor for verification. This process may take an extended amount of time, however being that we make minimal profits on our products we cannot afford to lose any to fraud.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be sent without tracking numbers. If this is to occur, you will receive a second confirmation email when the warehouse has attached tracking to your order.
